The contribution by the author of his creation to the collective work "Universal Poem" created at the request of the Asociación Cultural Libre Expresión Artística, through sms, twitter or Internet, implies the transfer on a non-exclusive basis of all intellectual property rights on their contribution, specifically the moral right for the first disclosure of the work, such as exploitation rights for its reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation, so that it can be reproduced on any type of analog or digital medium, distributed and publicly communicated through any medium. The right of transformation is limited to the technical transformations necessary to be distributed or publicly communicated through any known medium as well as for the fragmentation of the "Universal Poem" where it is inserted. Intellectual property over the "Universal Poem" for the entire term of protection and the author will be able to use their contribution in isolation, provided that it does not harm the normal exploitation of the "Universal Poem". The Author guarantees the originality of his contribution and declares that he assumes all responsibility for said manifestation of authorship, exonerating the Free Artistic Expression Cultural Association of any responsibility towards any third party for the publication of his contribution.
